Cullen grew up in the construction industry with a mother and father team who ran a large residential construction company in the Greater Houston area. His passion for building high performance custom homes grew exponentially when given the opportunity to build a 92 custom home subdivision in Boston, MA while earning his degree from Wentworth Institute. After eight years of building in Boston, Cullen and his family moved back to Houston with a fresh perspective and knowledge of what it takes to build in two drastically different climate zones. He started Savannah Grace Homes in 2019 with custom renovations and the knowledge of over 20 years of experience. Due to the success of his team, Savannah Grace Homes is now servicing customers in a design-build approach to achieve a higher performance standard than the local building codes provide.
